What are your hours?

How do I get tickets?
Purchase tickets online or on arrival at the ticket desk.
Do I purchase tickets for a particular time?
Tickets can be used anytime and for any date. Online tickets expire one year from date of purchase.
When is the last ticket at the museum sold daily?
Last entry is at 4:15 p.m., although we recommend 1-1.5 hours for the full experience.
How do I book for a group?

Is on-site parking available?
We have an attached parking garage, owned and operated by the Parking Authority of River City. Learn more about parking.
Is there internet or Wi-Fi provided on-site?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout our facility.
Is there a statue of Ali near the center?
No, there is not a statue of Muhammad Ali near the center.
How long does it take to tour the Museum?
It is self-guided, but we recommend allowing 1-1.5 hours.
What will I see when I visit the Museum?
We have two floors of interactive exhibits and memorabilia as well as two floors of art exhibits.
What’s the best way to tour the Museum?
We recommend beginning with our orientation film on the 5th floor and working your way down to the 2nd floor, where you’ll find our retail store and Wall of Respect.
Can I take photos within the Museum?
We allow photography for personal use within most of the museum. See details below for exclusions.
Permitted: Non-commercial photography including film/digital/video cameras, motion picture and other forms of audiovisual recording.
Restricted: No flashes, lights or tripods. No photography in the Orientation Theater, Howard L. Bingham Gallery, LeRoy Neiman Gallery, Muhammad Ali Center Store, or other special exhibits on loan. No photography of material subject to copyright restrictions. May not be used for publication or any commercial purpose without the written permission of the copyright holder and the owner of the material.

Do you have to pay admission to visit the store?
No, you do not have to pay admission to visit the store. You can also shop online.
Is there a fitting room available in the store?
There is no fitting room available in the store.
What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What isn’t allowed in the exhibits?
Food, drinks, bats, and bags other than purses are prohibited in the exhibits. We do have coat check available.
Do you have any health or safety guidelines?
The safety and health of our staff and patrons is of utmost importance. The Muhammad Ali Center offers a spacious museum environment that follows guidelines from the CDC and the State of Kentucky.
Masks/facial coverings are optional.
